Hellhounds are among the many warbeasts that are used to fight and destroy.
Biology and Appearance[]
Hellhounds are grotesque beings with skull-like heads and a scrawny, bony appearance. Depending on what element it possesses can effect what it looks like. Tundra Hellhounds are beings that command ice and can freeze an enemy to the bone and swim through water like a torpedo. Venomar Hellhounds are poisonous with razor sharp spikes, claws, and teeth armed with venom that will stop a person's heart within a minute. Lavera Hellhounds can swim through lava and run through a blazing inferno like a lightning bolt. All Hellhounds have glowing markings indicating their strengths as well as their weaknesses. The weakness of a Hellhound can be determined by what element it possesses. For example, a Lavera Hellhound would be resistant to fire or lava, but not to water or ice.
History[]
Hellhounds did not mass in higher numbers until 2043, but one was spotted on 1432 in the very forest where Autumnmoon was bitten by an uncommon Moss Hellhound and was bestowed with the Beast's Curse. She never could fathom what bit her, but judging on the description she gave, it was decided to be a Hellhound. Hellhounds massed in 1432 when the Minion Slithertongue released a whole hoard of them onto Nyova's surface.
